Eligibility and account responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality, the accuracy of account information, and all activities performed under your account credentials.

You agree to use WaveTally lawfully and not to misuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, or attempt unauthorized access to the platform, systems, or other customer data.
Subscriptions, billing, and taxes
Paid plans are billed according to the selected cycle and pricing terms shown at purchase time. You are responsible for applicable taxes, payment method validity, and timely settlement of dues.
Intellectual property
WaveTally and its branding, software, and content are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your business data; we receive limited rights to process it to provide the service.
Service availability and changes
We may update features, security controls, or infrastructure to maintain service quality and compliance. We may suspend or terminate access for serious violations, abuse, or legal requirements.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The service is provided on an "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, WaveTally is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
Termination and data handling
You may stop using the service at any time. Upon account termination, data handling follows our Privacy Policy and User Data Deletion Instructions.
