User Data Deletion Instructions
This page explains how WaveTally users can request deletion of account data and personal information. If you signed up using Google or Facebook, these same instructions apply.
How to request deletion
- Email us at info@wavetally.com from your registered account email.
- Use subject line: Data Deletion Request.
- Include your account email, company/workspace name, and whether you want full account deletion or limited personal-data deletion.
- For security, we may ask for ownership verification before processing.
What gets deleted
Upon approved full account deletion, we remove or irreversibly anonymize personal account data, profile details, OAuth identifiers, and workspace records associated with your account, except where retention is required by law.
Retention and legal exceptions
Certain records may be retained for fraud prevention, dispute handling, tax, accounting, or regulatory compliance. Any retained data is access-restricted and kept only for the required retention period.
Processing timeline
We typically complete verified deletion requests within 7-30 days, depending on account size, active billing obligations, and legal retention requirements.
